Together, we will create a serene and therapeutic space to help you access an intimate connection with your internal world. I will help guide you into easy concentrative states where you can observe thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations to better understand your thought patterns and reactions as well as the true nature to their changing phenomenon.
Over time, you will start to develop insight into reactive patterns and frameworks that have been perpetuating blockages or ailments that you are looking to heal from. Our goal together is personal freedom and sovereignty of your own peace and well being. Using meditative tools, we will learn together and you will become equipped to navigate your own reality with a new sense of presence, autonomy, and self expression.
