- Convenient Scheduling: Choose from evening, weekend, or early afternoon sessions.
- Affordable Options: We accept insurance. We will verify your coverage prior to the start of the program. Sliding scale rates are available based on income, and the program is free for current clients. Payment plans are offered for students, military, first-responders, and retirees.

Discover the power of mindfulness in this 5-week course designed to help you build and sustain a meditation practice that supports your daily life. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers practical techniques to cultivate focus, emotional resilience, and inner peace, even in the midst of life’s constant changes.
What You’ll Learn:

Course Structure
Each session includes a lecture, guided meditation, and interactive exercises to help you develop a sustainable practice.

Your Instructor
This course is led by Michael O’Connell, a meditation teacher and mindfulness coach with over a decade of experience studying Eastern philosophy, psychology, and the creative arts. Michael’s teaching blends spiritual wisdom, modern psychology, and practical techniques to make meditation accessible and transformative.
