About us.
VIRTUAL THERAPY & WELLNESS IN NY, NJ, MO, & TX
We don’t just help you heal, we help you transform.
Our mission in the work that we do is to restore, heal, and invigorate the relationships people have with themselves as well as those they have with others. We believe that healing is a process that happens as a result of healthy and reciprocal human connection.
As a team, we strive to instill a sense of belonging, acceptance, and validation in our relationships with everyone we work with so they can experience all that they deserve and are worthy of from others— to be seen and heard for who they are — as they are. This experience allows clients to transform and create the relationships they want and need in every area of their lives.
Alyssa Scarano, LPC, NCC, RYT-200
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
Our relationship is the cornerstone to your entire healing process. Together, we will rewrite your understanding of your worth and abilities. By maintaining trust with you, listening to the point of you feeling heard and complete, and allowing you to be yourself, our work together will provide you an example of what a safe and healthy relationship feels like.
By exploring your background and relationship history, we make connections between thoughts and patterns that are keeping you from living a life you are excited about — with the people that matter. Together, we will achieve the goal of improving the way you see and portray yourself in order to improve your relationships and sense of true connectedness with others.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
Our work together serves to empower you to release yourself from the grasp of past trauma and adversity in order to find freedom from labels, barriers, and emotional pain that have been thrust upon you and replaying throughout your life.
Together, we will process emotions, identify and break unhelpful patterns, and practice tools and strategies to help you grow and heal from wounds of the past that have confined you to a life of discontent and suffering.
My role in the relationship we will develop is to instill a sense of comfort in the process so that you can feel as though you finally found someone who you can connect to – someone who understands you and sees you for who you are and doesn’t turn away.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
I’m committed to loving deeply, as often and as powerfully as possible. This commitment shows up for me professionally in my deep capacity for acceptance and validation of each client that I come into contact with. I am committed to holding sacred space for exploration of the light and the darkness within each individual in order to create opportunities for healing to occur. Helping individuals to expand in love for themselves and others is purpose driven work for me, which is evident in my energetic and compassionate approach.
Together, we will construct the path toward loving and embracing your truest, most authentic, self. We will work with tangible exercises that will offer us glimpses into your psyche to help us identify areas that need more attention and healing. Together, we will transcend the theoretical by transforming these insights into action — allowing you to confidently step into a way of being that is more aligned with who you are and the things you want to achieve. We will work across elements of mind, body, and spirit to develop a deep and holistic level of self-awareness and self-acceptance.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
Together, we will create a serene and therapeutic space to help you access an intimate connection with your internal world. I will help guide you into easy concentrative states where you can observe thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations to better understand your thought patterns and reactions as well as the true nature to their changing phenomenon.
Over time, you will start to develop insight into reactive patterns and frameworks that have been perpetuating blockages or ailments that you are looking to heal from. Our goal together is personal freedom and sovereignty of your own peace and well being. Using meditative tools, we will learn together and you will become equipped to navigate your own reality with a new sense of presence, autonomy, and self expression.

Our Guiding Principles.
Our greatest mission of good is to heal and unite the whole larger collective of people. We believe that embracing and welcoming all differences in people is the only way to create a community that offers a sense of belonging to all.
Connection.
We are guided by a deep desire to connect with people and to be a presence for them in their lives.
We strive to instill a sense of belonging within each individual we work with and also in the relationships we cultivate together.
Acceptance.
Differences between people matter. We acknowledge and embrace differences of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, creed, and ability and we are committed to being a source of love, acceptance, and support for all.
Expansion & Growth.
Creating and discovering space between our ideas and patterns allows us to see and experience the areas where growth is possible.
Wholeness & Togetherness.
Our lives mirror our bodies and our internal experiences. We work together to unite all three — and we do it as a team.
